My first video in English is online! Alexandra and Pontus from Fivesec Health came to visit us in sunny Cyprus and we collaborated on a video. Since we all are traveling quite a bit, we decided to share some recipes you can take with you for a long trip. Also, Alexandra is dropping some vegan travel tipps and hacks.

Here are the details for the other two recipes. Watch the video to learn how to make them:)

Ingredients Overnight Oats:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup plant milk

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1 tsp date syrup

1/3 cup frozen blueberries 

Top with coconut flakes and walnuts. 

 

Ingredients Italian Tofu Scramble (serves 2):

1 ferm tofu  

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 cup plant milk

4 dried tomatoes

1 tbsp fresh parsley

1/2 tsp fresh rosemary

2 Tortilla wrap 

1 Avocado

2 lettuce leaves
