It is fully vegan, much healthier as the original and super easy and quick to make.
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup date syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or cacao nips)
- plant milk as needed
Wash the chickpeas very well and dry them with a clean kitchen or paper towel. Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add plant milk as needed, it will depend on the food processor you use. Add the chocolate chips or cacao nips after bleeding. Serve with a date syrup drizzle.
